2. Use and IP

Use the site lawfully for legitimate inquiries. Do not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the site. Text, visuals, and 3D materials remain the property of vyndalix.com.

3. Inquiries and timelines

An inquiry or estimate is not a contract. Estimates are indicative and depend on scope and third-party inputs. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Work requires a written agreement.

4. Visualizations and portfolio

Renders and animations are illustrative unless expressly labeled otherwise; they are not construction, engineering, or survey documentation and may differ from final results. We do not warrant buildability. Unless agreed otherwise, we may display completed project imagery in our portfolio; client materials are used only for the project.

5. Consumer, advertising, data

Before contracting, consumers receive accessible and accurate information about the service, price basis, terms, and provider under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12 May 1991. Advertising is accurate and non-misleading under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996. We process personal data, including identifiable cookie and tracking data, under Law of Ukraine No. 3563-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 19 October 2022; non-essential cookies and trackers require consent.

6. Independent status, liability, law

vyndalix.com is an independent contractor; no agency or employment is created. The site is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; we are not liable for indirect loss. Ukrainian law governs. Registration details should match the official state register under Law of Ukraine No. 755-IV 'On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations' dated 15 May 2003.
