01 Planning dossier / residential renovation

Renovate from a documented plan, not a mood board.

Complete interior planning in one dossier: measured layouts, material selection, illustrative 3D views and renovation coordination.

03 / Scope triage

Three ways a renovation starts

Choose the scope that matches the flat you own today. Every path ends in the same documented dossier. Only the depth of drawings and site coordination changes.

  • Single room

One room replanned around existing services. Measured survey, two layout options, finish schedule and a swatch board.

From 950 UAH per m², minimum project fee applies

  • Whole apartment

Full layout study across all rooms, specification schedule, illustrative 3D views and a working drawing set for the crew.

From 1,450 UAH per m², minimum project fee applies

  • Apartment with renovation coordination

The full dossier plus supplier checks, staged site visits and written progress notes until handover.

From 2,100 UAH per m², minimum project fee applies

Final cost is confirmed after the measured survey. Compare the planning tiers.

02 / Plan-first process

Four phases, each closed with a document you keep

No renovation starts from a mood board here. Every phase ends with a named deliverable you sign off, plus a duration range you can plan the flat around.

  1. 01

    Survey & layout

    • Measured plan of existing conditions
    • Two layout options with wall changes
    • Room-by-room scope brief

    5 to 10 days

  2. 02

    Materials & specification

    • Specification schedule per room
    • Swatch board with alternates
    • Budget ranges, from 950 to 2,100 UAH per m²

    7 to 14 days

  3. 03

    Illustrative 3D & drawings

    • Illustrative 3D views as a decision tool
    • Working drawings for each trade
    • Lighting and socket plan

    10 to 18 days

  4. 04

    Coordination on site

    • Contractor brief and drawing handover
    • Scheduled site visits
    • Snag list before final payment

    Through the build

Timelines are ranges, never guarantees. Permits, material availability, construction-site conditions, building access and the pace of your own approvals all move the dates. Final cost is confirmed in the dossier, not the first call.

03 / Material board

Swatches you can specify, not just admire

Every finish in the dossier is logged by room, surface and finish. Filter the board to see what a given room actually receives.

05 Coordination

Close the checklist before the crew arrives.

Renovation weeks are rarely lost on design decisions. They are lost on unconfirmed materials, late drawings and site access that was never booked. The coordination stage keeps all three under one schedule.

  • 01 Specification schedule signed off. Every finish, fixture and hardware item listed with a supplier and a delivery window.
  • 02 Working drawings issued to the contractor. Lighting, plumbing and electrical routes carry the same dimensions as the layout plan.
  • 03 Site visits and queries on a fixed rhythm. Agreed inspection points, one written log, and a named contact for the trades on site.
